1. Characteristics:

(1) Power is strong, range is long and coverage scope is wide, could realize accurate spray. Working efficiency is high and spray speed is fast;

(2) During water spray and de-dusting of storage yard where dust can be easily raised, the small particles sprayed can form a kind of wet vaporific material when contacting with the floating dust to rapidly suppress the dust.

(3) Auxiliary power is flexible, as either three phase 380V city power or diesel power generating set can be used together for power supply.

(4) It can either be fixed at concrete pouring platform or be installed at transportation vehicle together with diesel power generating set.

(5) Operation is flexible and using is safe and reliable. Remote control and manual control operation could control and adjust horizontal rotation spray angle at will.

(6) Comparing with other dust suppression and spray equipment, water consumption can be saved by 70%~80% (spray gun and watering vehicle) and water mist covering dust area is far larger than that of other dust suppression and spray equipment.

2. Applicable scope

(1) PM2.5 air exceeding standard treatment in cities, pollution reduction, de-dusting and haze reduction, city environment treatment;

(2) Coal storage yards, storage bunkers or completely closed coal storage sites, coal logistics parks, coal concentrated transportation stations, open pit coal mine mining and road and air flying dust pollution treatment after blasting.

(3) Flying dust treatment in storage yards, spray and dust suppression in all coal piles, material piles, ash piles and storage yard open loading and unloading operation, spray or sprinkle of stabilizer for dust suppression.  

(4) Tunnel construction, tunnel face blasting dust, smoke purification, flying dust of material transportation vehicles and piling unloading vehicles, etc;

(5) Flying dust treatment of tunnel construction, construction sites and demolition works, municipal infrastructure, construction wastes, waste residues and materials, loading and unloading and piling, and other activities producing flying dust pollution;

(6) Material transportation, for example, flying dust pollution treatment during transportation of materials by vehicles or heavy duty vehicles that are easily produce flying dust pollution such as cokes, gravels, earthwork, garbage or mucks due to the scattering or leakage of materials.
