Xinxiang Jieda Precision Electronics Co., Ltd locates in Xinxiang Hi-Tech Development Park, which is 1 hour from Zhengzhou International Airport. Jieda was founded in 2010, is a high-tech manufacturer that specializes in design, research, produce and sales rare-earth metal thick film electric heating tubes/elements.

What is Jieda advanced in?
1.5 years experiences in Instant Thick Film Heating Elements. Available various solutions for water flow instant heating, especially for Home Appliances Instant Water Heaters, Water Flow Heating in medical equipment and Industrial Water Flow Heaters.
2.Professional in screen printing on tube surface in 10,000+ Grade Air Purification Workshop and Sintering process.
3.First manufacturer to mass produce Thick Film Heater Tube in China
4.Monthly production capacity up to 300,000 pieces

Due to the power density up to 60w/cm2, temperature ramp up rate above 80℃/S, thermal should be taken away quickly. So that we design Tubular Structure Thick Film Heating Element, to allow water flow inside it. Heat can be transferred from 360°direction into the water flow inside the tube.

Those electric thick film water heating tubes/elements are widely applied in Instant Water Boiling, Instant Hot Water Heater, Electric Hot Water Dispensers, Instant Coffee Makers, Instant Electric Heating Faucets, Dishwasher, Steam Generator, Floor Heating, Industrial Water Flow Heating, etc.
